I-140 pending .. Can File I-485/EAD, after PD Current ?

This might have been asked a hell lot of times, but i would like to get answer to this again.

1. Can i file I-485 & EAD when my I-140 is pending ?
2. Does it delays I-485 processing time ?
3. What happens when I-140 is Denied/RFE etc ?

-----Yes -- I-485 is based on I-140 approval
3. What happens when I-140 is Denied/RFE etc ?
I-485 will be denied if 140 is denied..

I have one more question, if someone can answer.
After filing I-485, you can another job after 180 days. What if your I-140 is still pending after 180 days ??

Your I140 has to be approved when you claim AC21 to change the job. If your I140 is pending event after 180 days, you can not change the job.
