I140/I485 concurrent filingwith LC substitution EB3. My I140 is pending approval for one year. My group is closing and I have two job offers in the same company but different job locations(one in same service center and another in CSC).
My company immigration department says that if I change my job location, then there is a higher chance that my I-140 will be denied. I requested her to delay intimating the BCIS about the job change meanwhile we can wait for the response of the status enquiry, and she said "it ia rule that she has to initmate BCIS ...blah blah blah".
Can I use AC21(portability) considering my I-10 is pending approval for almost a year? What options do I have? Please advise.
