My L1 visa expires october 29,2010. I have just applied for my Labor and then will kick start the I-140 process. I have two problems now,
1. when i entered america this time, i was given an I-94 which is valid till april,2011. Now that my I-94 is valid, when can i apply for my L1 Blanket petition extension for 2 more years ? Can i not do it from America ?
2. if i leave to india for a vacation, and if i can't make it back to America for 2 years. What will happen to my I-140 that has been submitted? should i physically be present in America for the I-140 to be approved?
