I have a pending NIW and EA applications in Texas. I filed those in June-July 2004 and received my EAD and AP for travel so far.
My H1b visa 6 years limit will expire in April 2006.
Do I need to file for my green card through labor certification before April 2005? (1 year before end of 6 years limit)
