i-140 pending and h-1b status extension

Hi,

I am 5 years on H-1b and my status expires in November. The company filed i-140 and i-485 and I got the receipts.

I want to file i-129 to extend my h-1b status, but have two concerns:

1. I have EAD with A#, should I put this A# in i-129?

2. There is a question "Have you ever filed an immigrant petition for any person in this petition?
No
Yes - explain on separate paper"

What should I put in this letter? Doesn't it mean that my application is going to be denied automatically?

Thanks!

Why do you think it will be automatically denied if you provide your A# and state the employment based immigration I-140 was filed on xx/xx/2006?

So, Is this completely OK and does not violate anything? Immigration petition has been filed, and it warries me, because h-1b is non-immigration status.
