Hello,
Just learned today that all the stuff of my small agent company have been laid off. I spoke to the owner and he said all is ok. But I supect he may be planning to close it down (chap.11/13 ?)
My immigration state is as follows:
9th year H1-extension valid upto 3/2007
i-140 RD:June 05, RFE
ec 05, Respond:Feb 06, pending approval.
What are my options, the client company is very strong and I have long contract approval with them. Please help.
