Just wondering if the following combination of Education would qualify an individual for EB2 category.
3 Year BS Computer Science - 101 credits
then
10 + years of IT experience
then
39 credits (completed part time) Masters in Information Systems from a university recognized by Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE)
If not, what is minimum education requirement in terms of no. of credits for a person to be recognized as having US masters equivalent?
Also is it allowed on EB3 to take a councilor route? If so, how long after I-140? Does the timing needs to be current for that also like I-485?
