My I-140 was approved last month. Consular Processing was specified in the 140 when it was filed. I heard that NVC (National visa center) will sent a confirmation letter. Here is my question. Who will get the letter?. My attorney or myself.
Also I have moved to new address. Do I need to update my current address with NVC?.
