Guru's,

After waiting for 1yr I got this RFE. Will like to have your suggestions on how to respond, particularly point #4.

Attachment
1. Additional evidence is requested to evaluate eligibility for a national interest waiver pursuant to the tests established in Matter of New York State Departent of Transportation, 22 I&N Dec. 215 (Comm. 1998.)
(Please note: the evidence already submitted demonstrates that the proposed research employment has substantial intrnsic merit and would be national in scope).

2. Please submit copies of any additional articles not previously submitted, that have been published in scholarly journals. All articles wrtten by you must have been published prior to the fiing of the petition.

3. Additionally, please submit copies of any published articles by other researchers citing or otherwise recognizing your research and/or contrbutions. Please highlight the portion of the paper that references your work and highlight your name in the bibliography, references or "works cited" section. It is not necessary to submit articles that are self-referencing; i.e. wrtten by you or your collaborators.

4. You must establish you have a past record of specific prior achievement that justifies projections of future benefit to the national interest. You must establish, in some capacity, your abilty to serve the national interest to
a substantially greater extent than the majority of your colleagues. You must demonstrate to some degree your influence on your field of employment as a whole.

5. It is noted that you submitted a list of your 11 published publications. However, you have not submitted a citation list of your published work. Please submit copies of published articles by other researchers citing or
otherwise recognizing the self-petitioner's or beneficiary's research and/or contrbutions.

6. Please submit printouts of search results from such web sites as SciFinder and Google Scholar, just to name two. Ten of your publications appear to have been published in China, and citations are not available to the Servce.
Please note that any such printout must contain the title, authors, and publication information for both the cited and citing article. Please cross out self-referencing items.

Thanks

This is a typical RFE. Send them a list of citations, and pretty much do as they say. Point#4 appears to be critical. I would recommend getting letters from established (independent) authorities vouching for the fact that your work so far justifies future importance to NI.

Good luck!
