Hi everyone,
EB-3 case.
My labor was approved in June'06. I 140 NSC filed immediately(in a month max)-got an RFE for my 3yr bachlor deegree, so i got an evaluation from a big company and completed the RFE ASAP. (10 days max).
Just last week, i got denied. I am not sure what to do exactly as time is a big factor for me.
Some people advise me to file at TX now and also apply for an appeal.
How much time does it take(approx. of course)? If so what are the chances that i might be able to get the i140 approved? Please help as i am a little fustrated after spending so much money and waiting sooooooo long, i got denied !
