I-140 now and I-485 1 month later

hi,
My company have an approved labor. since the rules are changing fast, Can i go ahead and apply for I-140 immediately and apply for I-485 after 1 month (need to get all the necessary documentation). Will it be still considered parallel.

Yes, you can. I filed I-485 four weeks later than I-140 (see my signature below). This is so-called semi-concurrent filing. You may also find a number of the semi-concurrent filing cases at I-140 tracker (www.trackins.com)

File I140 immediately without delay. As retro is in effect, you may or may not be able to file for I485 depending on the catg. U are applying. See I485 forums for details on retro.
