I have filed I-140 with Receipt Date: February 03, 2003 on Texas Service Center.
Today (after approximately 160 days) I saw on BCIC web site following message: "On July 11, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. ...."
My question is: After resubmitting those additional information, approximately how long I need to wait their decision.
My applications will go on the end of the queue, or they will remain on the current position?
With another words: I will lose those 160 days waiting or not?
