Any idea how much time it takes to process I-140 filed non-concurrently ? Is there any difference in processing time when next step is I-485 filing or CP ?

{I don't know. It should be faster than concurrent}

{While filling I-140 you should say what you want to do next (CP or 485)
If you choose CP, your I 140 is usually approved in one month or two, for some cases it may be taking long}
{CP is faster in the process, but you don't get work permit right away. There are lot of other factors involve here, better to talk to Att.}
