I-140 NOID, urgent help please

My lawyer made a mistake in PERM that is approved
Now I-140 is in NOID stage.
In H section, in the 1st part it is mentioned Bachelors + 5 yrs of exp for the EB2
In the 2nd part of H, Alternate occupation with 12 months of experience is mentioned by mistake. It was supposed to be 12.
All Job advertisements, PWD, say that it is Bachelors + 5 years experience as MUST. So recruitment was done right. It is a silly mistake .
USCIS sent a NOID, and is asking to submit documentation that it indeed is a EB2 reqt.
We are appealing by going to one good lawyer.
Does any of you have experience with this or what are the chances of success. How many days are we looking at, for a decision. We filed in Premium processing
Does USCIS understand it, and ignore DOL's labor,

Any advice is highly appreciated,

You can explain to the immigration officer about the mistake. Hope it wont create any issue.
