I-140 (NIW physician) pending since 12/02

filed my self petition NIW I-140 with NSC in 12/02. it seems that NSC approvals are stuck at 11/8/02.

i called the national service center today and they informed that I-140 (NIW physician; category i in the I-140 form) is taking 9 months. So i should call back in sept.

Anyone in same boat?
 
Buddy donot worry it will get approved for sure as it is straight case for MDs in MUA mine took almost 1year at TSC filled sept 2001 approved may 2002 all the best
 
I have filed at NSC on Nov15th 2002.I got my approval 3 weeks ago. but the web site still shows the previous date.
