Folks,
My I-140 NIW is approved with a turn around time of about two years. Although its a bit long, I am still happy beacause my judgement is good about my eligibility/ability to succeed inspite of my attorney's advise otherwise.
Since I am in the queue for I-485 AOS already using my approved I-140 Oustanding Researcher petition, the above approval is only of academic interest.
If the forum thinks that the I-140s can be swapped for additional benefits, I am interested.
The details are here under:
I-140 NIW:
ND: March 9, 2004.
AD: April 10, 2006.
Service Center: TSC
I-140 OR:
ND: May 2004
AD: Dec 6, 2004
I-485 (based on approved I-140 OR)
ND: March 25, 2005
FP: May 19, 2005
Service Center: TSC
Status: Pending
Hope this information will be helpful.
