I-140 ND or RD ???

guys..i am getting a little worried. my lawyer filed my I-140 a little more than 2 weeks back and I haven't received the ND or RD date? how long does it take to get notification from the USCIS?

i almost want to contact my lawyer but i wanted seek opinion on this forum?

also, has anybody recd approval on a 140 case filed in 2005?

i didnt realize they took so much time to acknowledge receipt.

When we sent my 485/765 applications on Jan 10th, we got the reciept notice on 24th February with ND "17th Feb".
