I-140 Mtr Lud

My I-140 got denied for Ability to Pay after 2 RFEs. We passed motion to Re-Open. This time company has ammended their taxes and submitted proper documentation. Since two days I-140 and MTR LUD is changing. But no change for 485 LUD. Please advice

My LUD's changed yesterday and today.BTW did u file MTR or appeal.

We filed MTR. It happend to 4 of our company employees. BTW who is your employer? Just want to make sure that we both are not working for same guy.

I think both of us are working for same employer b/c all of our details are similar.
