I had filed my NIW application at Nebraska SC. A notice said that the application was sent to the Texas SC. I received another notice after 3 months that the application has been sent back to Nebraska SC.

Whether it is normal or not do you have a choice? By the by when did you file your 140?

I know I don't have a choice, but knowing if it is normal or not can help soothe the nerves. This forum is all about that, isn't it?
