I have a question regarding my I-140:
My lawyer forgot to send my education papers, he only sent the experience letter. I receive an RFE asking for education papers:
LC ETA-750 item 14 says:
College: 2 Years
College Degree Required: Bachelor's
Major Field of Study: Business, Economics and Finance
Experience: 2 Years
This is what I have:
Foreign Equivalent to US Bachelor Degree: Business Administration (5-year) with coursework in Economics and Finance, there will be any problem?
It is required to have all of three majors or only one? Can I find an evaluator which states that my foreign Degree is equivalent to Bachelor in Business Administration Degree in Economics and Finance? (I have the coursework required by comparing my transcripts with the program of study of an U.S. University.
