I-140 Lud Changed

My I-140 LUD changed today with the same old message..

For other's who I-140 LUD changed.. in how many days did youll get a decision or change in status?

Was your LUD changed before? Or is it the first time? My 140-RD is 06/07/04 and LUD changed on 12/9/04. Nothing after that.

My 140 LUD changed once when I applied for 485 in Jan 04. then in Nov 2, 04 and later the same time when I got my approval.

Both LUD and 140 approval happened together on 1/10/05.

Did the LUD change for all your petitions or just I140? My LUD changed for all petitions on 12/08 with no change in the message and no e-mail either. Nothing has happened since or before that on my 140/485.

Pashwin,

There was only one LUD change on I-140 that was on
approval date (1/10/05).

I-140 RD ( 07/23/04), approved 1/10/05
I-485 RD ( 07/23/04), by God's Grace it should happen
this month ( or this week)
