I-140 LUD changed after inquiry

Hi Gurus -

My I-140/I-485 RD is Jan/20/2004. On Jan/11/2005 my Attorney initiated an inquiry since my I-140 was way overdue. Today the LUD on my I-140 and I-485 both has changed to Jan/26/2005 with the following message

On January 26, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
=================================
I know there are other folks out there whose LUD and message changed. (Vangaru, ALL_NAMES... etc). This message is to solicit response from them. Did you guys get the same message text when your LUD changed? How long did you wait from your LUD change to get adjudicated?

for me the message like you changed three times, but nothing happened. It is all gmmick by tsc to keep people silent by not allowing to call service center. My 2nd for 131 and 765 lud changed two times but the message did not same old received on so on so date.

I have the same experience. on-line message same appeared on 1/25 after lawyer inquired. Anyboday received any paper notice from TSC as message said? I think TSC did not nothing, otherwise it will just let u know ur case status in the message.

Don't know what to expect after the message. A letter with the same message? Or just wait, wait, like forever...

Please anyone with similar experience post here.

My case status inquiry was raised by myself on 01-12-2005, and recently I have received TWO letter message by mail from TSC (officer 253), saying:

"We are currently processing I-140 application with a receipt notice date of 9/13/2002 concurrently filed with the I-485 application".

That is all. I don't believe 9/13/2002???!! Cheating! Why are the not telling truth? Just because they hate to receive status enquiries?

FP 09-18-04, no update online since filing dates
 
Surprisingly my lawyer got the same response.. Processing 09/13/2002 blah blah.. but I got my I-140 approved the next day. Hope you get something similar.
 
it means nothing

I had my lawyer also send them a message inquiring about my FP's. My wife and I had filed simultaneously, and my wife had her FP's done, but I had not received any FP dates (still waiting). Anyway, this is the same message that is being displayed for past 4 months on their website when I try to check the status. Nothing has happened in 4 months. I think that this does not mean anything, and really there is no progress on your case.
