I- 140 LUD change on 11/2/04

Hi guys,

Some of us were lucky or unlucky that our I -140 file had an LUD on Nov 2, election day. To my knowledge, no one saw any movement after that. I saw cases where even FP was done long ago did not get 140 approval after Nov 2.

Are we lucky or not ?

Can anyone with LUD on 11/2 at TSC share if their 140 is cleared and if so post their details.

Did anyone who had a change in I-140 LUD on 11/2/04 - election day get their approval /

I spoke to a few guys who told me that they had no update.

It is strange that even after almost 20 days, there is no approval or emails.

I hope we will hear from someone.

My LUD changed in all 140/485-self/485-spouse.

My I-140,I-485 and spouse I-485 LUD changed on 12/06/04.

All RD on 06/08/04

My I-140 got approved on 12.02.2004 But no change in my I-485 LUD.
