I-140 Last update on 03/17/2003

Hi All,
Today I went to USCIS website and create my own profile there to check the I-140 and I-485 status.
My RD for I-140 is Mar/11/2003, and I found out the last updated on my I-140 is Mar/17th/2003, and the processing date posted by USCIS is Apr/14/2003, Does this mean they skip my case or forgot handling it?

Too many people are in the same boat with an RD even earlier than yours. We are not seeing any I-140 approvals for the last few months, even though processing dates are moving.

Mind you, if you check the immigration watch web site, you'd see some. Makes you wonder what category they belong to.

Keep your hopes up and the best you can do is issue an enquiry, call your senators and congressman.
