I -140 July2003

Hi!

Is there anything like if you applied through Indian Company I-140 it will be late enough as compared to American Company
I applied from One of Indian Company I-140 in July-2003 EB3 concurrent 9 month gone No answer yet Lot of Frustration Attorney said to have patience

I don't think that matters. If your company is good, means there is no violation of any kind, then you should not have any problem in getting approval.

My company is not an Indian Company, but a EB3 Concurrent case(Not mine) is pending since August 04, 2003. No Approval, No RFE till today. Looks like to me that these cases are with an Officer, who is very slow in processing.

Every thing is depend upon your luck. We don't have any option other than waiting.
