Hi! I filled my caseI-140/I485 at NSC on 07/09/2003 got EAD& AP 09/01/2003 my I-140 No news at all got my FP done on 05/25/2004 & cleared on 06/01/2004. for my I-140 situation as below
1. I call to National Customer service on 04/16/2004 talked to IIO he said case was approved on 10/28/2003 I call again same day & confirmed to other IIO same answere was approved on 10/28/2003
2. my Employer talked to CIS they sent letter saying that as attorney is there on record you should ask your attorney about the status of case & attorney said wait case is still pending they didn't received any information & as I explained what IIO said he said may be by mistake he gave you wrong information not ready to accept case approved.
3. I was at Local office of CIS in Columbus,Talked to Immigration Officer he said case was approved on 10/28/2003 same date as given by IIO but online systen still showing pending.
4. I talked to local Congressman on 06/07/2004 I goet call from Congressman office 06/10/2004 they confirmed case was approved on 10/28/2003.
I don't know what going on my online status showing case is pending attorney said it is pending but all above mentioned people collect information case was approved please advise what should I do??????
