My company has applied for I-140 with a substitute labor at the Vermont Service Center.
RD - July 22 2002
ND - July 26 2002
Is there anyone else in July who has yet to have a word from BCIS?
Can my company go ahead and file for 485 without having to wait for the I-140 approval?The lawyers have been skeptical to file bcos it is a substitute labor case and hence want to wait for the I-140 approval.
Any advice on the above is greatly appreciated....
