Yes. (only if your PD is current).

They may or may not. These days i140 is very fast so i140 might get approved before EAD (or vice versa).
3. Do you have to wait 180 days before receiving EAD or not?
I am not sure if I understand your question. EAD is usually approved fairly quickly.
