Hi,
I filed for GC process 1st step ( Labour certification) approved with a salary of X amount, now my H1-b going to expire
in feb'2003.
1) My salary is reduced by 10K
2) I have to file I-140 and 485, do i need to mention new salary(reduced) or old salary ?
3) My employer is applying for new h1-b visa.
a) applied LCA with reduced salary.
b) applying h1.b extension with reduced salary
Does this above points effect my GC process, because GC process 1st step ( Labour certification) approved with a salary of X amount and my present salary is reduced with 10k.
