Hello, everyone!
I hope everyone is moving along and more people are hearing good news.

Well, I was wondering if anyone had an experience similar to mine or if anybody has any thoughts or advise.

I filed concurrently in Vermont in summer 2004. My 485 has been moved to a local office just a couple of months ago. 140 on-line message hasn't been updated since I filed it with Vermont. Now a case representative told me that my 140 has also been moved to a local office.
First, how can 140 be moved to a local office if they don't even have case processing times for those applications.
Second, if 140 hasn't been moved and is still in Vermont, why hasn't it been picked up? The processing dates are almost 6 months past my filing date for 140.
Third, processing dates for 485 at a local office are half a month short to when I filed my case. Is it possible that 140 is not being approved because they are waiting for 485 to be in accord with processing dates in a local office to be approved since I filed both of them concurrently?

If anyone has a minute to respond with any thoughts on this, I would really appreciate.
Thanks again everyone and good luck!

Concurrent EB1 140/485 Vermont
140/485/EAD RD: August 2004
EAD approved September 2004
FP done in November 2004
485 transferred to a local office June 2005

I would really appreciate if somebody would share any experiences that might resemble my sistuation. Maybe somebody has some thoughts on this one?
Thanks again.

Not sure how Vermont operates, but I called the NSC customer care yesterday and they said they no more adjudicate I-140/I-485 concurrently and I need to wait till the processing dates reach my I-485 receipt date. Probably, you may want to call the customer care to see what the processing dates are in your local office.

Good Luck.

Thank you so much for your time and your thoughts on the possible reasoning behind the delay.
I sure will give Vermont a call to check what they say on this matter.
However it is strange because processing dates for both of my applications are past my RD (ND). I guess I just have to give them a call.
Thanks again.
Good luck to you as well.
