My I-140 was done two weeks after company name changed. So I assume My I140 cotains the new name. Does anyone know how it affects to my I-485? Is I-140 redo applies to me ? Can some one expalin how the company name change time line affetcs I 140 redo.
You are actually in a better shape. If you have the I-140 approved lately and eventhough it has a different name from the actual I-485 application you should get the card approved with out RFE. Mine was same case and got approved with no RFE. Make sure when you send the new I-140 to INS you also send the company name change details etc. Your attorney should know what he should send.
