I-140: income question for proposed employment

HI guys,

I have indicated on the I-140 for EB1-EA for the proposed employment's income, my current income. Has anyone gotten questions to provide documentation for that income?
I know that EB1-EA does not necessitate a job offer, but several people on this website siad that they were asked about their employment offer even when applying as EB1-EA.
Also, they ask for the employer's IRS#. Would you put your current employer's IRS#, even though he does not sponsor your GC application?

Finally, to get your I-140 to TSC, is this the best way: e-file the I-140, and then send the supporting documents together with the PP request form in one package?

Thanks!

I haven't.

I assume you're talking about Part 1 of I-140. If you self-file your EB-1 EA and since you're an individual not an organization, you can leave IRS Tax # field blank (or, better yet, put "N/A" there) and provide your SS# in the next field. That's what I did.

Good luck!
