I-140 important questions

Hi,

I just got my labor approved and planning to apply for I-140. I am basically a 3 yr degree holder in Computer Science and had over 5 yrs of experience when my labor was applied in 2002 in RIR EB3. I am in 7th yr extension.

I have been reading some forums about I-140 denials and was wondering if my 3 yr degree would be a denial factor for I-140 or not?

Also, just curious to know how long does it take to get I-140 approved?

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks

You can try evaluating your 3 year degree to 4 year US Bachelors equivalent. There are evaluation companies which will do this for your case. Then apply for I-140 using the evaluation. Best of luck
