i am new to this forum. i have got ONLY 2 months on H1B visa to expire 6 year period. can i file I-140/I-485 now under pre-approaved Labor to get extension of stay? please advise.

You can get 7th year extension from pre-approved LC only if PD of pre-approved LC is > 1 days from expiration day of your 6th year H1-B.
