I-140/I-485 under Eb-1 OR were approved after RFE from CSC

HI everyone,

I just know that my I-140/I485 under EB-1 OR were approved after RFE from CSC.
Time line:

I-104 RD: June 14, 2004
I-1485 RD July 27, 2004
Fingerprint RD March 10, 2005
I-140 RFE sent: June 17, 2005 after two inquiries.
I-140 RFE RD Aug 29, 2005, LUD Aug. 31, 2005
I-140/I-485 AD: Sep. 1, 2005

I am working as a scientist in a private institute. The RFE said I was not qualified for any one of six categories but no specific requirement. My lawyer said, USCIS just wanted to buy time and sent un-necessary RFE, they will approve the case with whatever more materials your send. We just response with more evidences (one more paper, one more referee experience, several more citations, and five more independent letters), it seems my lawyer is right.

It is pleasent to see few approval of Eb1-OR related I-485 cases.
Congrats!Iknow one person in our University (NSC) got I-485 of 0ct 2004 got approved recently.
