I have an approved PERM and preparig for concurrent filing on EB2.I need help with two issues:
1. This is what my layer's office posted on their website
" However, you must file your I-140 before August 1 if you want to file your I-485 before August 18.

Where did he get this info from?. I haven't seen anything similar on other websites/pages. Is this true?
2."The current fee schedule will apply to all applications filed under Visa Bulletin No. 107 through August 17, 2007. (The new fee schedule that becomes effective on July 30, 2007, will apply to all other applications filed on or after July 30, 2007)."
So, I-485 fee from July31 to August 17, is it $325 or $975 ?
Any input will be appreciated !!!!
