I-140 & I-485 issue

I was working for company A on H1-B while company B filed for my GC. My labor was cleared and I filed for I-140 and I-485 concurrently in SEP-2003. I received my EAD in JAN-2004 and joined company B.

I have worked for companyB for less than 6 months even though it's been longer than 6 months that my I-485 is filed. Can I leave company B now? If not, how long I should stay with company B before taking up a similar job with another company based on my EAD?

According to AC21 u need to wait until 6 months after filing I 485 and
I 140 approved.
The company B should respond to any RFE's by INS in u r absence.so to be safe be with u r Company B until u r I 140 gets approved.
