I-140/I-485 interfiling case

Hi everybody,

I just want to share my case. I applied NIW petition concurrently and I-140 on the basis of Extra Ordinary catagory. My EA has been approved.

I applied USCIS to interfile my I-485 to approved EA case.

Can anybody can say how many days it takes to get reply from USCIS?
Whether it works or not?

Anybody with similar situation?

Could you tell what is your priority day for both files?
What is your service center?

I have applied for NIW (concurrent filling for I140 and I485) in VSC in Nov 2004 and should wait from 90 days to 1.5 years according to USCIS message.

I-485- 10 October 2004

PD - I-140- 8th April 2004 EA

The service center is VSC
