I 140/ I 485 denied

My i 140 case status says a written descion has been mailed on dec30th
people please get a good lawyer , my lawyer screwed it up.
My details
I 140 sep 4th
I 485 sep 9th
Rfe for I 140 oct 16th (additional comp financial info)
replied to rfe on Nov8th(date ins recieved it)
Dec30th (written notice mailed)
I will update with details once i know the
exact reason

can anyone tell me if i have to start all over again or can i refile my I 140/485
as my company was bought over by another company and my lawyer really screwed up my case by sending old comanys info which is non existent now.
 
Wait to see the decision from INS

I personally feel that you should wait to see what is in the mail from INS. It couldn't be a denial.....I hope so. It could be another RFE or asking for some more details or kinda...

I've never seen that message mean anything but a denial or Notice of Intent to Deny. INS probably feels that the response was incomplete or inadequate. How to proceed will depend on the nature of INS' response.

If the case was denied due to corporate finances you will either need to prove to INS that the finances have improved or that they were not properly documented since INS will now be skeptical when they see a new application.

I am sorry to hear the news. As per my knowledge, I was the
first person who got I-140/I-485 denied. I am sad to know, your case is like me.
You are some what lucky that Within 4 months you got your decision. At least you can start fresh with your old approved labor soon. Even You can file I-140/I-485 tomorrow.
My case got denied exactly on 500th day from my Notice Date and the Officer stated the Reasons in the denial notice such that I cannot use THE SAME COMPANY labor again.
Be cool. You did not loose much like me. I know the pain, but yours is less than what I am going through Since July 2001.
