I-140/I-485 concurrent approval!

Hi all,

Received a bunch of emails last night - I/140/I-485 got approved! Though my patience was running thin, the concurrent approval surprised me - IN A GOOD WAY!

Case details follow:
RD (140/485/ead/ap): 12/29/03;
I-140 LUD: 11/18/04;
FP notice: 11/25/04;
FP done: 12/30/04;
I-140 RFE: 12/23/04;
I-140 RFE reply received: 1/14/05;
I-140/I-485 AD: 2/1/05 (same message this morning, only LUD changed to 2/2/05)

OK. They asked for graduate transcript, experience letter and company's annual report, which we had submitted with the iniital filing. Maybe they lost them all (?). Anyway, that's that.

Did you do any inquiry to trigger the approval? How many times did u see the LUD changes before approval?

My RFE was replied on 1/6/05 and since then there was one LUD change on 1/12/05.

I had a hard time getting EAD and AP. Inquired so many times in different ways and it took them 10 months to issue EAD and AP to me. After that, no more inquiries were done. In mid Nov '04 there was one LUD on I-140 with no message change. Three weeks later received I-140 RFE, and almost at the same time, FP notice. RFE was replied and received by them on 12/23/04. Hope this helps!
