I-140/I-485 Approved - Travel on AP?

My I-140 and I-485 were approved last Thursday 5/5/2005.

I have AP valid until 7/7/2005.

I have the email approval for the I-140 and received a copy of the I-485 approval notice yesterday. I need to travel outside the US this weekend on business. I will not have time to schedule an appointment at the ASC to get my passport stamped - is it ok to travel on AP with the approval notices as supporting documentation?

Thanks,

I think so. Bring all the three copies of your AP documents. Since your I-485 has already been approved, it shouldn't be any problem, otherwise use your H1 coming back instead of AP.

Once the 485 is approved, you can't use H1 to re-enter..

If you are outside when approved then you can use AP to reenter but I am not sure going out when approved.

If you can get the stamping or check with the lawyer.
