I-140/I-485 Approved - RD 02/25/2004

Guys,

I just got three USCIS mails for my I-140/I-485 as well as for my wife's I-485 saying both cases has been approved as of March 7, 2005.

I-140/I-485 EB3 NSC Concurrent.
RD: 02/25/2004
ND: 03/01/2004
I-140/I-1485 Approved: 03/07/2005

AbhiKumar,
Would you please give us some details regarding the final moments?
Did you had an RFE for 140 or forf 485?
Did you have a LUD change in either form before the approval?
Did you get the emails at the same time, or you recieved the 140 and then (when) the 485?

Sure Elnegro..I didn't have any RFE either for I-140 or I-485. There was no LUD update on either of the forms.

I got 1st mail for I-140 at 8:21PM last night. When I was checking my mail at 8:41PM, I was talking to my wife that now our I-485 should take 2-3 months as our I-140 has been approved.

When I was talking with her, I saw 2 more mails at 8:44PM saying I-485 also has been approved.

Good luck with all you guys waiting for this precious moment!!
