I-140/I-290B Both Denied

Hi All,

Here is brief history about my case.

I am on 8th year H1-B extension. Will be completing by March 2008 ending.
My LC approved.
My I 140 got denied. So opened MTR (I-290B). That one also got denied on Feb 5th, 2008.
So what are my options. Do I have any options left or do I have to leave the country. Will I be eligible to file 9tyh year extension. Some one Please advise. Any help greatly appreciated.

if you can get approval of another LC and I-140 before the current H1B expires. Without I-140 premium processing processing, it is difficult
 
If you only filed for MTR you can file for APPEAL if you in 33 days range of MTR denial.... I think. Appeal takes about 14 months which should buy you some time.
