I am in H1-B till Sept 2012 and worked for Company B start Jan 2009.
Back in 2007 my previous employer (Company A) filed for GC with EB3 category. When I left the company (Company A) to Company B, my GC process were still waiting for I-140 approval. A month ago, I get notified by the lawyer from company A that my I-140 was approved.
So here is the summary:
Jan 2007 - Dec 2008 --> worked for Company A, GC was awaiting for I-140 approval.
Jan 2009 --> worked for Company B, March 2009 --> I-140 approved.
What should I do now? Should I notify USCIS of this employer change?
