I-140 getting denied on substitute labor and reapplying again with own labor

Hi,
Can i apply for I-140 again after it got rejected with the substitute labor, but this time with my own labor? Here is the situation.
I applied for labor and waiting for it from long time and still might have to wait for another 2 years. In the mean time, can i apply for I-140 with the substitute labor and incase my I-140 gets rejected with the substitute labor, can i wait till my own labor gets cleared and apply again for I-140? Thanks a lot any information on this.

Yes, you can. I140 is for company.
 
Sure you can apply for I-140. As a matter of fact you can apply as many times as you want as long as you have approved LC to back it up. You can also have mutiple I-140 pending with USCIS at the same time.

USCIS will give you details regarding reason(s) for denial. Make sure issues are corrected before you try second time.

THanks a lot for all the information. Since you say that I-140 is for the company, can i apply for I-140 again after it is rejected through substitute labor with my own labor approval, both the times from the same company? As per usnyucs, i understand that we can. Just wanted to confirm again.
