I stucked in a critical situation currently working in US university as a postdoc.I was about to file for self petitioned I-140(EB2) in july
but all of sudden i got good job offer in canada and i accepted this offer and going to join in oct. this year.In the meantime can this be feasible to file I-140 while staying in USA in Texas service center and if it approves then can i do the consular processing while staying in canada as a canadian permanent resident.
