I-140 from Last Dec, no responses

I submitted my I-140 (NIW) to NSC last Dec and the R/D is :12/30/2002. I have not received any decisions from the NSC. I have asked for three referrals since Sept. 2003 but no any responses. The BCIS status checking website also sucks. I have another case which has been denied for 3 months, but the status in the website still pending. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
 
I know several people who submitted NIW to NSC from this Jan to April. None of these cases has been approved. By the way, what's your another case that was denied? Did you file I-485? Thanks.
