I submitted my I-140 (NIW) to NSC on Dec. 2002. It has been almost 1 year but I have not received any results. I asked referrals for three times since Sept. 2003 but I got no responses. By the way, the case status from BCIS website never changed. I have another case which has been denied for three months, but the case stautus in BCIS still be shown as pending. so frustrated. NSC sucks.
