A bit about me
Was on H1B but then I got married 2 years back to a USC and he filed for my GC. Somehow marriage did not work out and he took that Sponsorship or Application back after 4 months.
I received a letter from USCIS that my I-130 and I-485 petition has been denied due to petitioner withdrawing the petition.
Now I am back on H1B and my employer has agreed to file for my GC.(If you are good & true God favors you)
On I-140 form On Page2/Part 4 and question # is 6 which says:-

Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person? NO or YES
If you answered yes to any of these questions, please provide the case number, office location, date of decision and disposition of the decision on a
separate sheet(s) of paper.
---
1) Should I say YES to this question and attach all the info about my failed marriage case?
I am just scared that it might come to haunt me for my this case.
2) What would be a good approach or thing for me to do?
