I-140 for a small company (ability to pay)

Hi all,

I want to see if you can give me some insight on wether I am ok or not in this scenario.

I am Masters with 7 years experience, recently got Labor approved. About to file 140/485.

My company has 27 -w2 employees and roughly has over $2 million in revenues. We are currently running losses hoping for a better future. We do have operations in UK and France.

This company exist for the past 22 years.

submitt Contract showing work for you

1)Your company should show contract from their clients for 1-2 years showing work for you .
2)You should also send copy of your paystubs which is proof that they ahve been paying you.
3)Also certified financial reports from their CPA.

These should be enough as ability to pay.
